- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days ($14.95 AUD)
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1-2 business days (domestic)
- 2-3 business days (international)
- Excludes weekends and public holidays
3. Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day return period from delivery date
- Items must be unused with original packaging
- Return form required (available at alabasterbarossa.com/returns)
4. Refund Process
- Processed within 5 business days after return receipt
- Refunded via original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
5. International Customers
- Customers responsible for all customs/duties
- Return shipping at customer’s expense
- Clearly mark as “RETURN” on customs forms
6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days:
- Provide order number and photos
- We’ll arrange free return shipping
- Full refund or replacement offered

- Dispatch notification with tracking #
- Delivery updates from carrier
8. Change of Mind Returns
- Return shipping at customer’s expense
- Restocking fee may apply (20%)
